Termination of management activities in Omo National Park, Ethiopia

In December 2007, African Parks informed the Ethiopian Government of its wish to terminate its management contracts for Omo National Park. On the 19th of November, 2008, the management responsibility for Omo National Park, together with all necessary assets, was handed over to the Agency for Tourism, Parks and Hotels of SNNPRS.
