Bienvenue was born in Sahr, Chad and attended primary school between Manda National Park and Zakouma National Park where his father worked in conservation before completing secondary school in Am Timam. Bienvenue started his career with Zakouma in 2002 as a waiter in the park operated Tinga Camp. In 2005 Bienvenue was promoted to the Assistant Manager at Tinga before becoming the Tinga Manager in 2008. Bienvenue has been employed as the Tourism Manager for Zakouma National Park, since 2015.
